Resignation Attachments and comments/remarks should not visible to approvers and FYI list users

Business requirement: Customer has resignation approval rule, while submitting the resignation both employees and HR users could attach documents. However, it is critical to ensure that these attachments, as well as the final HR resignation reason, remarks, and comments, do not get shared with anyone via exit notifications or any other means. Currently, the exit email triggers include the attachment and make the CHR exit reason, remarks, and comments visible to everyone.

 Please suggest anyone if this requirement is feasible and how to achieve this
