Department LOV not working with Oracle Search

We have enabled Oracle Search as per 23B What's New Notes (https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/cloud/r13/wn/hcmcommon/releases/23B/23B-hcm-common-wn.htm#F27177). This feature is correctly working for Workers' LOV, however it seems not for Departments' LOV: indeed, the Department search field is empty as shown in the screenshot below (we're also using seeded roles with "View All" Sec Profiles)

Department LOV comes back to work as it should if we disable the profile option ORA_PER_ORACLE_SEARCH_DEPARTMENTSLOV_ENABLED.

Does anyone of you experienced the same issue? What's wrong with our set up?
