We are facing an issue where when an external candidate applies on a job through external career site, they are allowed to enter phone number exceeding the phone number length

Currently, candidate is allowed to enter phone number of more than 10 digits on job application and the system allows the form to get submitted. There is no restriction on length of phone number.
