View question and answer in the Candidate Question based on roles

Summary:

I have configured two questions and answers on the Candidate Question page to view the recruiting team's roles only. Unfortunately, the configuration has caused the hiring manager to be unable to submit the interview feedback due to the mandatory fields being hidden. The questions on the candidate question page are current and expected salary, but the interview feedback question is overall feedback. Even though the fields are different according to Oracle support, they share the same page components. Any customization will impact the other question in another form. Kindly advise if there is any solution to hide the particular question
