Change content of the Resource Alert Template

Summary:

We have taken a copy of the original resource alert, BEN_OPEN_NOTIFICATION and created a new alert and now we need to change the content of the alert and not the seeded alert content as we want to mention different content for the email that get triggers.

Can we do this by adding a new template as it is unable to find the existing alert to modify/edit.
