Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): My client would like to upload the necessary business document(s) associated with doing a Transfer/Promotion/Termination straight into the employee's DOR as part of Transfer approval notification? Is this possible?

Currently there is a section to add attachments but these attachments do not land in DOR automatically
