Work terms error while uploading Supervisor details

Hi,

While I am trying to create new record with supervisor details I am getting below error.

Error :

The corresponding date effective record in the WorkTerms for date 2022-10-03, action PS_DESIGNATION_CHANGE, and effective sequence 1 is missing for the Assignment.
