Back dated termination in system if payroll run

Summary:

Do we have any back-dated option available in HCM if future payroll exists

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have already executed employee payroll in the month of Sep-2023, and now we have two employee which need to terminated on back-dated date which is 31-AUG-2023, so now is there any option in system so we can terminated these two employee on back-dated or any other workaround without removing the payroll.
