Sort memeber of the team by position

Hi all,

I would like to ask for support: as a Line Manager entering my team I would like to display the search by positions instead of name ascending. I have seen for other clients that a button should appear to indicate search by position. From attached screen you can see that this button does not appear. How can this be configured?
