We have a business requirement basis on which we have created some additional extra information fields on job application flow. Previously we have tagged a custom value set to those fields but our value set dropdown was not visisble. So for that we have created a custom common lookup and tagged it to that independent additional field. Post that dropdown was visible, but now we are not able to tag dependent field basis on that dropdown value

Example - If in independent field, dropdown value is set to yes, only then the dependent field should populate on external application flow but we are not able to tag dependent field on common lookup tagged on independent field.
