HR Helpdesk E-Mail notifications not working.
Summary:
HR Helpdesk Resolve and Escalate E-Mail notifications not working after doing the setup in Application Composer>HR Helpdesk > Notification Preferences.
Agent not receiving the notifications after the SR is escalated and primary contact not receiving the notification after the SR is resolved by the Agent.
