Enrollment links for learning alerts after update

Summary:

After the new updates, we are no longer able to get the alert links to redirect the learner to the enrollment details page, we have had no success in receiving any response from support, does anyone have any clues on how to make this work?

The document 'AUGUST MAINTENANCE PACK FOR 23C' mentions that it is possible to send enrollment links to learners through the filter learnerLearningCatalogItems but we were unable to set up an alert, does anyone have an example or any other solution?
