To Make Expand all the options in Health and Safety Manager Self Service

Hello,

In Health and Safety Module of Manager Self Service when we click Details or Events or Investigations or Actions all options should be in expandable mode all time.

Example: In Details Page, First option is Incident Details and Last Option is Incident Owner which are always in expand mode and in between options are in collapse mode always, we need all options in expand mode only.
