Is it possible to make project fields non-editable after the project is approved?

Summary:

We have a requirement wherein once a project is approved, users should not be able to make changes to project fields such as Legal Entity, Product Capital, JIB. Is this requirement possible to achieve either or a role level or as an advanced page customization?
