Need to hide employees from directory who have future termination date.

We are capturing Last Working Day at the termination page. When we terminate the employees with future hire date and enter Last Working Day for them then they should not be visible in the directory from the date of their Last Working Day despite having termination date in the future.

How can this be achieved?
