Attachment is missing from when approver add attachment file in absence Transaction

Hi Oracle Team,

We have a doubt regarding the attachment, which was attached by an approver while approving the absence transaction.

Scenario: When an employee submits a leave request, it will be routed to the approver. From the bell notification, the approver can receive a notification and click on the 'Approve' button. While clicking on the Approve button, the approver adds an attachment and then clicks on Submit.

Requirement: There is no placeholder where Oracle Fusion can store the approver attachment while approving the absence transaction. If there is any placeholder or bucket where HR-Admin or an employee can see the attachment that was attached by the approver, then please provide a solution.
