Global Transfer quick action - Termination reasons

Can we default the termination reason or have it available to select during the global transfer process for the source assignment?

When using the Quick Action Local and Global Transfer, to permanently transfer someone to a new legal entity, the source assignment is terminated.

Is it possible to include a termination reason at that point or alternatively, default in a particular termination reason?

Otherwise we then need to do a second step of editing the termination screen to include one.
