Are there any logs that would show us if there was an issue with a SCORM content

Lately, we have been facing a lot of challenges with completion updates for SCORM and Skillsoft contents. Recently, some users reported this issue related to window freeze in mid of the course and then completion not updating for some users when they closed the window or exited the course. And, if they click on "Save & Close" that is not actually closing the window. For the freezing issue, is there any log that we can look into to debug the issue? And, for the completion update issue, is there any setting that needs to be changed or is there any
