Enable one of the approvers to approve while using GetAllRepresentatives condition in Approval Rules

Summary:

We have a requirement where we want to trigger Job Requisition approval to HRBP (AOR Name - ****_HRBP). We have 4 employees who are assigned with this AOR for the same department. However, we want the job requisition to be moved to next approver when one of the HRBP approves the Job Requsition.
