Partial cookies pop-up for Smartview Word/Excel

Has any customer seen partial cookies pop up while trying to log in to Smartview Word/excel?

I tried to log in to Narrative Reporting using a private connection and I get this partial cookies pop-up every time, there is no Accept/Settings button on the cookies pop-up, and clicking outside the pop-up or on the pop-up does nothing, the cookies pop-up stays there for a while and then it goes away on its own after few seconds.

Kindly share your comments, on how the issue was resolved.
