There is an error on all active applications of a requisition
Summary:
There is an error on all active applications of a requisition, when reviewed seen that the CSP value on requisition suddenly showing as Null. Even we already hired 52 candidates on the same req. but now when trying to move one job application to hr phase we observed this. Can you please assist
Error :LifecycleAMImpl.getStateTemplate()| Routing Step with id300002822274190 has no template routing Step for Id 1003(on all active job applications)
Have you faced such issue any time.
Is there a way we can update the CSP value on requisition from backend which might resolve the issue.
