Queries around Gigs

Summary:

We are planning to implement Gigs in our organization and need details on below queries:

1)In Gig Creation page, For Hours per week field-> Currently system shows enter value 1 to 45, can we update this help text and the condition to check if hours are less than or equal to 10. we want to have this not more than 10 per week.

2)In Gig Creation page, Location is considered from which lookup value. can we add more values to this field?

3)As a Gig Creator, person has only option to Assign from the applicants, can we have any Reject option here or is it in Roadmap for Gigs.
