Data Removal - How to treat records with Work Relationships in multiple countries

Hi all

So we have been configuring a process to remove data with the Person Removal Tool. This works amazing for those who have one or more Work Relationships within the same country. However we do have employees that have been transferred or re-hired in different countries under the same Person Number.

I built a report that locates these types of records which then looks up a UDT that contains country data retention rules but I can't put these into the Person Removal Tool as it's possible for one of the WRs to be ready for removal but another to be still within the retention period.
