Only display the row with the earliest seniority date

Summary:

Hi I'm creating a basic staff list which has seniority date on (some of our staff have protected service from a previous company) and I need to be able to show their earliest seniority date on the report so they can get their right length of service. I'm using Workforce management - Person Seniority Real Time to generate this, but when I run the report, it looks like each employee gets a line per seniority date. Any idea how I can get this to just display one line per employee with the earlier seniority date? I've tried pulling in
