In OTBI, using the subject 'Workforce Management - Person Seniority Real Time', I am using trying to pull the most recent Seniority Date on the results of the report. I use a filter on Seniority Rule Name as I am only pulling dates based on one of the rules. I then add the column 'Seniority Date' and put the following formula MAX("Workforce Management - Person Seniority Real Time"."Person Seniority Details"."Seniority Date" BY "Worker"."Person Number")
