How to pull Effective Latest Change Row for V3 Seniority Date

We'd like to have a simple configuration for us to pull the Effective Latest Change Row for the V3 Seniority Date.

Employee was hired into Position 123456 with Job Manager on 9/1/2023.

Later, we found the job was incorrect for this Position.

We corrected the Job to Director on the effective date 9/1/2023 for Position 123456.

This also triggered a Position Sync row for this employee.

Now he has two rows:

9/1/2023 - 9/1/2023 (sequence 1, effective latest change = N) : Job Manager

9/1/2023 - 12/31/2712 (sequence 2, effective latest change = Y) : Job Director

However this Job Manger still shows 1 day of seniority date on the Seniority Date page.
