Forms 2.0 - opening forms a lot slower vs forms 1.0 (6-8x slower)

Summary:

I tested a couple of forms in my FCC application, but opening forms in 2.0 is really slow for me. It takes about 13 seconds to open a form, where in 1.0 it takes about 2 seconds. I did open the forms multiple times in forms 2.0, so it's not a matter of caching the form; everytime I reopen the form it still takes around 13 seconds. It looks like it caches the form completely every time I open it. It's not workable...

The only thing special about the form is that it has a Groovy Business Rule connected to it to color specific cells. But when I disconnect the rule from the form and save, and reopen the form a couple of times, it still takes 13 seconds to open, so it doesn't seem related to the Groovy BR.
