Create job requisition using HCM RestAPI in OIC

Summary:

Customers is using OIC with HCM and they have the following question if you can assist:

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

customer is trying to create a Job Requisition, two parameters are required:

- PhaseId

- StateId

These two are related to Requisition Workflow but They have not been able to find a way to find values for those via RestAPI.


Apparently these are the two tables they are actually looking for,

IRC_PHASES_B

IRC_STATES_B


Is there any way they can get API for above tables or a way to query the data directly?
