Numerical order in questionnaire for assessment

Hello, Is it possible to have a numerical order for the questions without having them in the question text (e.g not to have 1. Question.....)? Customer wants random questions to be selected from the template so we can not add a number. Also is there a way to be able to see the number remaining unaswered questions? Thank you!
