po link at the po approval notification is not working

When sending PO to approval route the PO link on the approval notification is not working

Hello Experts

The PO link on the PO notification is not directing to the PO.

When coping the link I can see it has a prefix of the following:

file:///u01/Downloads/

before the actual Pod link starting like this: https:/fa-eptt

when I remove the prefix and put on the browser the link without the prefix I can reach to the PO

Please share ideas,
