How do we achieve an approval flow for bank details i.e. payment methods updated by an employee

Currently, we do not have any approval workflow for bank details update made by an employee and we would like to have HR notified whenever there is a change made. We are trying to achieve this by utilizing contextual journeys but there is no option to have a task that redirects the employees to Payment methods page like personal details.

Is there any other possible way of achieving this?
