Unable to find new hire in Person Management

Hi Team,

We are hired one employee in the system. In the transaction console, the transaction showing as successed.

But when I search in the person management page we are unable to find that new hire person.

And when see in per_all_people_f table i can see this person. I have totally confused in the backend data table all the data available like person number, Assignment_number, email, phone etc.

But in the front end I can't find

Please someone will help me on this.
