23D - How to remove nonworkers from the manager lookup

Summary:

With release 23D, through manager self service, non-workers can be selected as managers in the manager LOV. We have a non-worker person type that is used for terminated employees that should not show in this list for selection. Is there a way to customize this search to prevent this non-worker type from showing? Thank you!
