How to view the bank account details that are masked via special privilege

Summary:

We have masked our bank account setup to show only the last 4 digits. In this case this is masked everywhere except the payment file. Is there any special role or privilege which will help only select list of users to view these bank accounts.

Example on the invoice screen, while running supplier audit reports etc.
