Agent Run As Specified User
Summary:
Currently, our Taleo OBI agents are running as specified user. The specified user is usually the employee who has created the agent. The risk we have identified with this method is that if the person mentioned in the run as field terminates, the agent will fail until a new specified user is selected. Is there an option to setup the agents to run as "System"? If so, do we have to login to the system account to setup the agent?
Are there any other options that we can use to make sure that employee termination does not impact the agent? We also cannot run it as recipient since some of the recipients are email addresses that are not setup in Taleo.
