Career site has two language. 1. English (default) and other Spainish. When candidate select Spainish then Job requsition should be changed with Spanish langauge. But it does not change and receive email in English after submitting job application. Suppose it should be received in Spanish language.

Candidate should received notifaication in Spainish. How to achieve it.
