Instructional Text like another Prompt or Label

Summary:

We have a requirement to add instructional text next to the Recruiter label while creating a job requisition. This should be visible like a label only but to be reflected as a child component of to label.

Is it possible to show some content like an instructional text that is always visible and present next to Recruiter lable under Hiring Team.
