SR not being assigned to a queue

Good morning,

I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced a similar issue? For some reason when a SR is being raised on occasion it is not being assigned to a queue and a Help Desk agent then has to go in and assign.

This issue happened a couple of months back but it seemed to have sorted itself out however it has started happening again.
