After delegation Line manager role, not able to see the Positions of delegator.

Summary:

Hello, I enabled the delegation for line manager role. So, I simulate that a manager delegates to another colleague (not manager) his role in order to manage positions. I noticed that, after delegation, the new employee had all the line manager permission but cannot see the positions of the first manager. Do you think that this is the expected behaviour? Why can I delegate a line manager role if I cannot update the information of the previous manager Positions?
