Redraft Offer Action should direct the Recruiter to Edit Job Offer Page & skip the Edit Offer Action

Summary:

After we click on Redraft Offer, we again have to click on Edit Offer under Actions Drop-down and then the Edit Job Offer Page appears to make the changes.

Our customer would like the system to directly land to edit the offer letter page after clicking on Redraft Offer Action thus resulting in skipping the Edit Job Offer Action. Edit Offer Action should not be there or be removed or skipped.
