23D - Getting Error in Learning Observation checklist Process

Hi Team,

In 23D, We are getting error in the Observation checklist process. The setup is very simple, a observation checklist questionnaire is created and added as content with line manager as observer. Then we created a course and a self paced offering to attach this observation checklist as activity.

The offering is assigned to learner, the line manager of the learner receives a notification asking to complete the observation checklist. But when they open the notification they get this error.

"You can't view this observation checklist at the moment. Contact the learning specialist."


Any idea what is causing this issue?
