cant show HR Representative in Otbi report

Hello ,

I want to create a otbi report where i want to see my subordinates which is i am HR representative.

I am the line manager of some employee and HR Representative of some employees

I have a otbi report which is showing my subordinates which i am the line manager but cant see the employee which is i am HR Representative

For example

I am the line manager of John and HR representative of Alain

so my report only shows John data . I want to see Alain data also how can i do that for Hr Representative or any other except line manager
