Offer Template Continuous numbering while converting to PDF

Offer Template does not prints the paragraph number continuously while converting to PDF.

When we use the conditional region for a paragraph Ex : point 8.7 has the condition that if the allowance value is 0 or null then don't display 8.7 and print the next point number as 8.7 as it comes after the point number 8.6. However, In our case even if the current condition doesn't satisfy it skips printing the point number as 8.7 and prints the point number as 8.8.
