Hiring Manager and Recruiter names are not displayed, instead I see Person IDs

Summary:

We recently had a T2T copy from DEV-2 to DEV-1. Since then, in DEV-1, when we use our custom recruiter role to create a requisition, the HM and Recruiter names in 'Hiring Team' section show as Person ID and not their names.

Seems to be a missing data security policy, but I'm not able to pinpoint. Any pointers if you have faced this issue would be helpful.
