Summary: Hi All,

We are using the duplicate position functionality for line managers.

Whenever the "Duplicate Position" action is chosen from the "Actions" dropdown, we can successfully replicate the position by modifying the necessary fields. However, when we modify the effective date, the "Working Hours" defaults to 40, despite the original position having a different value in the "Working Hours" field.


Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Has anyone encountered this issue? If so, is there a solution or a workaround available? We can verify this in other instances as well. The observed behavior appears consistent, leading me to consider that it might be an inherent Oracle characteristic, but I would appreciate confirmation on this matter.
