We are facing an issue while terminating an employee record.

Error while terminating an employee: You must enter a valid value for the AssignmentCategory field. (PER-1530231) You need to enter a valid value in the field for the transaction to succeed. For example, you must only enter a number in the Job ID field.

Attempted to make the Contingent worker assignment to be primary from 30 Nov 2023 so then can terminate the last active Employee assignment, but it keeps coming up with error. Can you please assist?
