AoR Template in AreaOfResponsibility.dat ( HDL)

Summary:

Currently wondering if there is a way to mass load the AoR Template to employees in the AoR.dat currently I do not see anything within Oracle and I wondering if there is a potential way to bring in this field.

To clarify , I am aware that the current functionality does not allow you to mass create AoR templates through HDLs, but wondering if after creating a template if we could assign multiple users using template code.
