Element not showing on Timecard

Summary:

I created an element called 'contract pay' and added it as a payroll time type. I then gave a specific HCM group the ability to see the payroll time type. Everyone in the group except one person can see the payroll time type (Contract Pay). I can't figure out why this one person can't see it. Any recommendations?
