One of the employee's family contacts started working for the company

Greetings,

The wife of one of the employees (listed in the family contact) of the employees started working for the company.

As soon as I try to open it as a Pedning worker I get an error message that the person number is in use.

If I try to go to employment relations I can't find the employee.

What do I need to do to set up the employee in the system?
