Employee Name and Person Number missing in Customosied Workflow Notification Title of Resignation

We have a requirement to change the notification title of Resingation and Termination.

Right now for Resignation and Withdraw Resignation Action name is Same as "Resignation" even though employee selects withdraw resignation.

And also same issue for Termination Notification Title also Action name is not changing for Reverse Termination.

And I had checked all variables in BIP WORKLIST to rename the title, I'm able to get the Action name but Employee name and Person Number are not coming in Notification Title.
